Within 30 Nights
• You may request a return or refund if you are not satisfied.
• Customers must provide photos and videos showing the sofa is in good condition.
• Once approved, please keep the sofa wrapped securely in its original or similar protective packaging for pickup.
• Pickup is free in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia & Singapore, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
After 30 Nights
• Refunds or returns are no longer accepted.
• Warranty still applies for eligible defects (see Warranty Policy).
