Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our Compression Sofa and are pleased to provide the following warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage
• 3 years warranty on sofa foam against manufacturing defects.
• Foam sagging of more than 1.5 inches under normal residential use is covered.

What is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear, fabric discoloration, stains, or damage from spills.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Damage from moving, transportation, or customer modifications.

Warranty Process
• Customers must provide clear photos and/or videos of the defect.
• Warranty claims must be submitted to info@solvaliving.com.
• Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at Solva Living’s discretion.
• West Malaysia: Transport costs for approved claims are covered by Solva Living.
• East Malaysia & Singapore: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping/transportation costs for warranty claims.
