A modular sofa packed in a compact box for easy delivery and installation. It’s designed to be customizable and durable with NanoAir Foam.
Q2: How long does delivery take?
Each box weighs around 40kg+. Please have 1–2 persons ready to help carry it if you live in an upper floor without lift access.
Q3: Do I need tools to assemble the sofa?
No — it’s designed for easy, tool-free setup.
Q4: Does the warranty cover fabric peeling or sagging?
No for fabric, but yes for foam defects covered within 1 year. Foam sagging exceeding 1.5 inches is covered.
Q5: Can I return the sofa if I don’t like it?
Yes, within the 30-night trial. You must provide photos/videos for approval and keep the sofa wrapped securely for return pickup.
Q6: Do the sofa colors look exactly like the pictures?
Photos are for illustration only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
Q7: Do you deliver outside Malaysia & Singapore?
Currently, we only deliver to Malaysia and Singapore.
