These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through solvaliving.com. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Orders
• All products are made-to-order and delivered within approximately 45 days.
• Product images are for illustration only; colors may vary slightly from actual products.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Pricing & Payment
• Prices are listed in MYR and subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted via our secure payment gateway and online transfer.

Shipping & Delivery
• Free delivery for West Malaysia.
• East Malaysia: RM300, Singapore: RM500 (excluding GST).
• Please arrange 1–2 persons to assist in carrying the product upstairs, as the box weighs around 40kg+.

Product Warranty
Covers foam and major defects as outlined in our Product Warranty policy.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible within the 30-night trial period under our Return Policy. Products must be returned in good condition with prior approval.

Limitation of Liability
Solva Living is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or factors outside our control (e.g., accidents, environmental damage).
