✦ Pickup is free in West Malaysia.
✦ Customers in East Malaysia & Singapore bear return shipping costs.
Refund Process
✦ Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for pickup.
✦ Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the product.
